Devise is a dynamic structural and geotechnical engineering firm known for innovative, efficient, and sustainable design solutions. We work on a wide range of projects including commercial, industrial, residential, and public infrastructure. We’re seeking a talented and detail-oriented Senior BIM Technician to support our design team by producing high-quality structural models and drawings using Autodesk Revit.

As a Senior BIM Technician, you will work closely with structural engineers to create accurate 3D models and construction documents. You will play a key role in ensuring coordination, precision, and efficiency throughout the project lifecycle.

· Develop and maintain detailed BIM models for structural systems using Revit.

· Produce construction documents, including plans, sections, and details.

· Coordinate BIM models with architectural and MEP models.

· Assist engineers with design changes and incorporate markups.

· Ensure models and drawings comply with company standards and project requirements.

· Participate in project coordination meetings and clash detection reviews.

· Support ongoing development and maintenance of BIM standards and templates.

Required:

· Proficiency in Autodesk Revit.

· 5 years minimum experience working in a structural engineering or architecture firm.

· Familiarity with structural systems and construction practices.

· Strong attention to detail and organization.

· Ability to read and interpret structural and architectural drawings.

· Physical requirements:  Employee is required to occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 lbs. 

Preferred:

· Experience with BIM Collaborate Pro/BIM 360.

· Knowledge of Navisworks, Bluebeam, or other coordination tools.

· Experience with steel, concrete, and wood structures.
